Creative Practice

My practice is rooted in embodied movement research, improvisation, and collaboration.

I work through the body as a site of thinking, listening, and relation. Movement becomes a way of questioning how we exist together, how we navigate our environments, and how communities are formed through shared physical experience.

Improvisation sits at the heart of my performance-making. I am drawn to moments where structure dissolves and something unexpected appears — where group dynamics, intuition, and physical memory begin to shape live narratives. I see the body as an archive of infinite stories: personal, collective, inherited and imagined, continually rewritten through encounter, attention, and play.

Through my own creations, I enjoy crafting immersive and multi-disciplinary performance worlds that combine dynamic physicality, theatrical imagery, and striking design. I am particularly interested in the darker edges of human experience, informed by contemporary culture and approached with humour and a sense of the absurd — allowing complexity to remain accessible, playful, and alive.

Collaboration and non-hierarchical processes guide how I make work. Learning, sharing, and discovering alongside others continues to shape my practice, forming the foundation of my identity as a dance and performance artist.
